• Manage brand partner relationships during activation periods, escalating strategic or commercial decisions to senior leadership as appropriate • Protect internal team bandwidth by proactively identifying scope misalignment or unrealistic timelines before they escalate • Conduct post-campaign analysis and translate data into compelling, client-ready presentations • Maintain adherence to internal project timelines and contribute to process documentation • Support creative concepting for new packages and go-to-market materials • Assist in identifying upsell and renewal opportunities with existing partners
• 3+ years of experience in account management or project management • Strong knowledge of gaming, particularly UGC platforms • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable working across time zones with occasional travel (3–5x per year)
