📋 Description

• Analyze requests from clients and internal technical teams • Support technical teams in implementing solutions • Define the technical and functional scope of projects • Provide expertise to ensure smooth operations and contribute to relationships with technical teams and the Sales Administration department • Contribute to technical and financial proposals, including responses to tenders and specifications • Prepare quotes and renewals for licenses and solutions • Conduct the technical studies required to develop proposals • Consult with suppliers and partners • Build technically consistent and economically viable proposals • Participate in drafting commercial proposals • Verify consistency between client requirements, the proposed solution, costs, and service commitments • Identify margin or delivery risks and escalate them to the relevant manager • Monitor technological developments in cloud computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and other market solutions • Collaborate with sales teams, Sales Administration, technical teams, project managers, procurement, and technology partners

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree (engineering school, Master’s degree in computer science, or business school with a strong interest in technology) • At least 3–5 years of experience in a technical position (systems engineer, consultant, or architect) or in presales • Strong general IT knowledge: infrastructure and systems, networking and security, cloud and managed services, backup and disaster recovery/business continuity, end-user computing and mobility, Microsoft 365/collaboration environments, hosting, and IT services • Ability to write clear, structured, and well-supported documents • Proficiency in technical English is a plus • Strong interpersonal and listening skills • Persuasive and able to explain complex topics clearly • Intellectual curiosity, responsiveness, and a team-oriented mindset • Ability to work transversally across multiple projects simultaneously • Comfortable working with ERP systems; Odoo experience is a plus • Maintain trusted relationships with technology partners and obtain the required certifications
