📋 Description

‱ Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google to drive user acquisition and conversions. ‱ Continuously test new creative concepts, copy variations, and audience strategies to improve core KPIs such as CPNU, CPFT, and CR. ‱ Collaborate closely with our in-house creative team to brainstorm and produce high-impact video and static ads. ‱ Edit and adapt video content using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Express to create mobile-first assets at speed. ‱ Source, brief, and manage relationships with UGC creators and influencers to develop authentic, scroll-stopping ads. ‱ Monitor and analyze performance data, translating insights into clear, actionable optimizations and next steps. ‱ Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices across Meta, TikTok, and the broader paid media landscape. ‱ Own and report on campaign results and share learnings with the team to foster a culture of experimentation.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ads on Meta (required) and TikTok (preferred). ‱ Proven track record of reducing CAC and profitably scaling spend in performance marketing environments, preferably in the Mobile App Ecosystem ‱ Strong creative instincts and the ability to ideate and test new formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches. ‱ Proficiency in editing and producing short-form video ads using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere. ‱ Deep understanding of creative strategy for direct-response video campaigns. ‱ Highly analytical mindset, with comfort translating data into concrete recommendations. ‱ Fast execution and bias for action—you love testing, learning, and iterating quickly. ‱ Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work fluidly with creative, analytics, and growth teams. ‱ Bonus: Experience in parenting, health, edtech, or subscription-based mobile products.
