📋 Description

• Support grants and cooperative agreement activities from pre-award planning through closeout • Review funding applications, award documentation, and post-award materials for regulatory compliance • Perform cost and price analyses to support funding decisions • Interpret Federal financial assistance regulations and provide guidance to program staff and leadership • Assist with policy implementation, updates, and procedural improvements related to grants management • Identify and resolve complex grants administration issues in coordination with stakeholders • Maintain accurate records and documentation using Federal grants systems and collaboration platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum four (4) years of experience supporting grants administration and/or acquisition-related activities • Strong understanding of grants management concepts and funding workflows • Demonstrated experience supporting all phases of the grant lifecycle • Working knowledge of applicable grants compliance requirements, including Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements • Ability to analyze funding-related issues and provide practical, compliant solutions • Proficiency with common productivity tools such as email, document management platforms, and shared drives
