📋 Description

• Under minimal direction, collaborate with customer stakeholders to define and document customer stakeholder business needs • Develop and clarify customer stakeholder requirements to enable Development Team design, development and test activities • Develop, document and maintain customer stakeholder requirements as user stories in product backlogs • Serve as the primary focal point between the customer stakeholders and the Development Team • Become an expert on managed applications to facilitate an understanding of future product needs

🎯 Requirements

• Active DOD Secret clearance • Ability to develop business processes, capability needs, business requirements and business information models • Ability to translate and decompose business needs into multiple layers of requirements/user stories • Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to gather pertinent information • Working knowledge of all elements of software development life cycle processes • Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies • Strong skills with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) and SharePoint • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand, collaborate with, and help shape the vision of customers and stakeholders • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively • Comfortable working with diverse contractors and customer personnel, both independently and as part of a team • A proactive self-starter who takes initiative in ambiguous situations and is willing to challenge the status quo to propose innovative solutions. • Experience using Azure DevOps (also known as Microsoft Team Foundation Server) • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification • Experience working with the US Navy, specifically, Navy Reserve Forces Command • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems, Business Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
