📋 Description

• Independently gather, analyze, manage, and track requirements • Study and understand the relevant business processes • Gather needs from user departments and propose solutions aligned with SAP best practices • Design solutions based on the Standard First approach • Analyze new SAP functionalities and solutions • Prepare effort and timeline estimates and develop work plans • Configure solutions, perform testing, and document deliverables • Identify and analyze gaps relative to standard SAP functionalities, preparing justifications and specifications when necessary • Prepare technical and functional specifications and oversee solution development • Analyze and resolve incidents and problems, including researching SAP Notes and opening support tickets with SAP • Collaborate with business teams to ensure alignment, validation, and approval of deliverables • Prepare and execute test plans and test cases, including unit and integration testing • Ensure the quality of deliverables and the documentation of supporting evidence • Propose improvements to the user experience through SAP solutions, including SAP BTP • Work with maintenance management and agile methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with SAP SD, including FSCM – Credit Management, SAP TM, or SAP TD • Experience gathering and managing requirements • Ability to work independently and manage requests end to end • Knowledge of SAP best practices • Experience with SAP Solution Manager • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Spanish required
