📋 Description

• Analyze and develop new business opportunities across various areas, including regulatory matters, environmental services, and digital solutions • Conduct detailed customer research and analysis to identify threats and opportunities for engagement, and develop hypotheses to validate with customers • Support the preparation of technical, economic, and strategic feasibility studies for new projects and solutions connected to Youx • Map business requirements and contribute to the design of customized technological solutions, with a focus on geotechnologies and Proofs of Concept (POCs), in partnership with IT teams • Develop robust, customized technical proposals aligned with customers’ strategic challenges • Work collaboratively and serve as the focal point across the different teams—Sales, Marketing, and Operations—involved in developing and implementing solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental or Forestry Engineering), Technology, Information Systems, or a related field • 2–4 years of prior experience in business analysis or solution design within the Information Technology (IT) sector and technological solution development • Fast-paced, execution-oriented, and highly resilient profile, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands in a dynamic work environment • Excellent soft skills, including clear and assertive communication, proactivity, initiative, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across departments • Willingness to travel • Preferred: Knowledge or experience with geotechnologies, environmental compliance, and land regularization • Knowledge of consultative selling • Knowledge of CRM tools
