📋 Description

• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements for assigned initiatives • Create and maintain manual and automated test plans, test scenarios, and test cases • Prepare and condition test data and ensure test execution readiness • Execute functional, regression, and integration tests and document results • Identify, document, and track defects with development and project teams • Provide regular status updates on test progress, risks, and issues • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities • Collaborate with international teams and vendors across multiple systems • Contribute to QA process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives • Design, execute, and maintain test cases for assigned projects • Support high-quality software delivery within agreed timelines and continuous improvement of QA practices and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and international teams • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices • Working experience with SQL for data validation and analysis • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools • Basic to intermediate experience with test automation frameworks • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision • Fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 2–4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in agile and international project environments
