📋 Description
• Ensure the high performance of squads responsible for evolving the organization’s data integrations, guaranteeing predictability, delivery quality, adherence to agile practices, and continuous alignment with the business’s strategic objectives • Facilitate the application of the Scrum framework and other agile practices with cross-functional teams • Act as a facilitator between technical teams, business areas, architecture, operations, and vendors • Remove impediments that may compromise team productivity and delivery • Lead agile ceremonies, including Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement • Support Product Owners and technical leads in managing and prioritizing work • Monitor performance, productivity, and delivery predictability metrics • Promote continuous process improvement, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture • Ensure transparency of initiative progress through executive reports and tracking of agile metrics • Support the management of risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans related to the project • Contribute to program governance, aligning deliveries with the organization’s strategic objectives
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in medium- to large-scale technology projects • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile) • Experience leading cross-functional teams in corporate environments • Experience in software development projects, system integration, APIs, and data platforms • Familiarity with agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar • Ability to run executive meetings and prepare status reports for stakeholders • Negotiation, communication, and conflict management skills • Scrum Master certifications (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) are a plus • Experience with enterprise integration projects, APIs, Data Lake, Data Hub, or data platforms is a plus • Knowledge of DevOps, DevSecOps, and Continuous Delivery practices is a plus • Experience with agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus) is a plus • Experience in strategic digital transformation programs is a plus • Servant leadership • Clear and objective communication • Systems thinking • Results orientation • Analytical skills • Proactivity and sense of ownership • Ability to operate in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
