• As a Technical Transition Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth migrations, coordinating with Product Squads, customers, and providers. The role involves understanding customer business and technical requirements and converting them into a technical solution. You will work collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile team to drive continuous improvement and innovation. • Gather detailed requirements and create system specifications. • Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical system specifications. • Map and document the dependencies and impacts of new system requirements. • Create and maintain structured, system-specific documentation, and work with project managers and development teams to ensure implemented functionality meets architectural and design guidelines. • Produce release notes and roadmaps. • Build and maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders and communicate transparently. • Support the full development lifecycle and review QA test cases to ensure proper testing. • Provide subject-matter expertise for change management processes and systems; identify new contact center trends and discuss them with the business. • Define the vision for proof-of-concept and solution technical architecture, including high-level requirements for databases, presentation layers, technologies, and related components. • Develop application designs/blueprints and create Business Architecture deliverables consistent with SOA (service-oriented architecture) principles. • Identify relevant logical modules and services to fulfill the future solution architecture and make high-level design decisions on module and service structure and interactions. • Identify potential evolution paths toward the ultimate solution vision. • Communicate architectural decisions and implications to all stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written. • Proven international experience is required. • Technical degree in Telecommunications Technology or a similar field. • 12 to 15 years of experience in a similar domain. • Experience in contact center environments. • At least 3 years’ experience in contact center systems analysis, ideally designing contact center services, processes, and environments. If not, experience in VoIP and network architecture in large organizations is also valued. • Experience working with global, multicultural teams. • Experience participating in complex IT development projects. • Understanding of contact center ecosystem dependencies, for example CRM tools or reporting applications.
