📋 Description

• Work with payment data and participate in building and maintaining data pipelines from raw data to OBT, integrating PSP, processing, and product-event data • Develop an automated monitoring system for key metrics • Build BI reporting and alerting that operate without manual intervention • Ensure data quality through automated completeness, freshness, and correctness checks • Identify and resolve data discrepancies • Conduct analytical research, prepare data, and formulate conclusions to support team decision-making • Collaborate with the payment team, data analysts, and data engineers • Process requests, align metric logic, and ensure shared understanding of data

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in Data Analytics • Confident SQL proficiency, including window functions, aggregations, and working with large volumes of data • Basic Python knowledge for data analysis and routine-task automation • Experience with at least one BI tool: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase • Understanding of key B2C product metrics: conversion, funnel, retention, churn, and LTV/CAC • Interest in AI tools and use of them to automate routine tasks; the company works with Claude Code • Attention to detail, curiosity, and proactivity • Openness to feedback and readiness to take ownership of tasks • Experience with dbt, Databricks, DWH, or other modern data-stack components is a plus • Experience in payment analytics or understanding of payment processes and metrics—approval rate, chargebacks, refunds, fraud prevention, routing, and retry strategy—is a plus
