• Develop and maintain CRM system to support marketing activities • Troubleshoot CRM system issues and provide technical support • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs • Assist client in effectively using data for targeting campaigns and enabling personalized marketing strategies • Collaborate with the email agency and brand team to prepare data for campaigns • Implement marketing campaigns on brands’ websites through a unified platform • Develop consumer attributes for outbound marketing activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Work experience with frontend (Javascript, HTML, CSS) • Work experience with CRM • Work experience with SQL and databases • Ability to understand and interpret data • Proactively understand problems and seek solutions • Strong support skills to assist brands • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Advanced English (daily contact with international clients and teams) • Latin America resident • Previous work experience in the marketing field. • Knowledge of REST APIs • Experience with Python
