📋 Description
• This is a remote position at KIS Solutions, a technology consultancy that serves Fortune 500 companies and startups worldwide. • Role available only for Latin America residents. • Keep our recruiting management system organized and daily updated. • Learn our main recruiting roles和 practice hunting routine in external and internal sources. • Learn and practice constant and clear communication with candidates. • Support team in end-to-end recruiting processes. • Support team in other operational and internal HR processes. • Participation in weekly meetings to track activities with Brazilian and American managers. • Constant communication with our stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Interest in focusing on the routine of attracting and selecting professionals, with greater emphasis on the fields of software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning • Interest to develop candidate’s database management skills • Previous experience with selection process • Advanced English for communication with American team members • Good organization and analysis skills, with an interest to enhance them in the workplace routine • Flexibility to strengthen the skill of collaborating on different projects with the necessary support and guidance • Desirable Previous experience with competency-based interviews • Previous experience with ATS
