📋 Description

• Build high-quality, well-tested code that improves performance, scalability, and the user experience of our SaaS product. • Collaborate with product owners and engineers to turn requirements into features that balance business goals with technical trade-offs. • Engage in code reviews to foster a collaborative, feedback-driven, and growth-oriented environment. • Contribute to architectural and product discussions, helping shape the future of our platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Postgres, AWS, and Git • Care about developer experience and write automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) to keep code reliable and maintainable • Enjoy collaborating in small, agile teams — shaping MVPs, pitching PoCs, and scaling them into production • Show confidence and self-sufficiency to navigate the ambiguity of a startup environment • Value servant leadership: mentoring peers, sharing knowledge, and helping others grow • Are curious and eager to explore new tech, design systems, and modern architecture patterns.
