📋 Description

• You keep our appointment operations running at full speed: scheduling, patient flow, team coordination — everything runs smoothly thanks to you. • You lead and plan the appointment team and ensure that everyone is in the right place at the right time. • You optimize processes, further develop structures and continuously find ways to improve patient care. • You act as the interface between patients, physicians, the team and administration — communicative, approachable and attentive. • You support quality management and internal projects and ensure smooth cross-site operations. • Administrative tasks such as billing, invoice management and correspondence are familiar to you.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) or qualified nurse and/or further training in practice management • Experience organizing clinic appointments and ideally experience in team leadership • Strong organizational skills, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently • Empathy and strong communication skills — you know how to interact with patients, colleagues and physicians • Quality awareness, flexibility and reliability • Confident use of IT systems, ideally practice management software • Good German language skills, both spoken and written
