📋 Description

• Prepare reports and analyses on the team's deliveries; • Monitor quality, productivity, SLA, tickets and recurrence of failures indicators; • Support the organization, cleaning, normalization and updating of the datasets used for the indicators; • Analyze data and report deviations to the supervisor, supporting decision-making. • Assist with requirements gathering, development, testing, documentation and implementation of process automations, including AI solutions; • Test and validate dashboards, automations and AI solutions before operational use; • Validate responses produced by AI against source materials; • Record tests, validation criteria, results and evidence for automations, dashboards and AI solutions. • Support tasks related to structuring and developing dashboards; • Create and update SOPs, checklists, process flows, decision rules and other process documents; • Create flowcharts and presentations; • Compile results from ticket/service request handling.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university degree in Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Science or related fields; • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 with a 1-hour lunch break; • Good verbal and written communication skills; • Familiarity with and interest in using AI tools for daily work and in prompt engineering (best practices and maintenance); • Office Suite / Google Workspace (Excel, Word/Docs, e-mail); • Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including dataset organization, filters, basic formulas, pivot tables and chart creation. • Interest in quality, processes, data and automation.
