📋 Description

• Inputting content into the monitoring platform; • Monitoring and managing spreadsheets; • Monitoring social media channels; • Opening customer service tickets; • Populating data spreadsheets / various systems; • File management.

🎯 Requirements

• Age between 16 and 24 years; • Reside in Florianópolis, as you will attend a weekly in-person course at CIEE; • High school completed or in progress, or currently enrolled in a university degree program; • Good verbal and written communication skills; • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs); • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions; • Availability to fulfill the apprenticeship program hours in the afternoon from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
