📋 Description

• Achieve commercial objectives and manage clients in the assigned territory, including key accounts • Maintain and develop the existing client portfolio while acquiring new accounts • Identify market trends by using knowledge of customers and leading companies in the sector • Support and collaborate on customers’ online strategies • Increase brand visibility and introduce new products to customers • Train customers and end users on product knowledge and proper use

🎯 Requirements

• Technical or commercial education • 5–10 years of sales experience in hand tools or comparable technical products • Interest in social media and digital marketing • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel up to 3 days per week • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills • Solid understanding of sales processes, commercial operations, and market strategies • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and achieve sales targets • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software • Good level of Spanish to manage the Galicia area and collaborate with the Spanish team
