📋 Description

• You will play an essential role in the clinical follow-up of the population • Provide primary care and ensure early diagnosis • Promote preventive health through telemedicine • Conduct telemedicine consultations within the scope of primary healthcare • Ensure high-quality clinical record-keeping • Promote healthy lifestyles and health literacy in the community

🎯 Requirements

• Specialist in General and Family Medicine (mandatory) • Active registration with the Ordem dos Médicos (Medical Association) • Clinical experience managing patients with acute and chronic conditions • Comfortable using digital platforms • Previous experience in telemedicine and digital health projects (desirable, not mandatory)
