📋 Description

• Conduct telemedicine consultations for acute cases involving patients with green or blue wristbands, referred by hospital triage (SNS), coordinating with the local emergency service • Clinically assess patients in an urgent care context • Perform differential diagnosis of acute presentations and provide appropriate clinical guidance • Ensure the quality of clinical records, including consultation notes, diagnoses and telemedicine-specific forms • Properly execute clinical procedures related to telemedicine • Complete electronic prescriptions for medications, diagnostic tests and medical certificates

🎯 Requirements

• Specialist qualification in Internal Medicine (mandatory) • Active registration with the Ordem dos Médicos (Portuguese Medical Association) • Clinical experience treating patients with acute illness • Comfortable using digital platforms • Ability to communicate empathetically and maintain a patient-centered approach • Availability to work shifts Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00 • Previous experience in telemedicine and digital health projects (an advantage) • Immediate availability (an advantage)
