📋 Description
• Conduct nutrition consultations via telemedicine with individual patients; • Identify issues and develop nutritional plans tailored to each patient's specific needs; • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care is integrated and effective; • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all care activities; • Stay up to date with the latest scientific evidence in the field of nutrition.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Nutritional Sciences; • Active professional registration with the Portuguese Order of Nutritionists (Ordem dos Nutricionistas); • Minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical nutrition, ideally within a multidisciplinary team; • Availability to provide services on a contractual basis; • Availability to work after-hours (18:00 - 20:00); • Strong teamwork skills; • Proficiency with digital platforms; • High level of empathy; • Excellent communication skills; • Strong sense of responsibility; • Clinical autonomy; • Interest in scientific development and in using technology to improve healthcare.
