• Deliver consistently accurate and up-to-date reporting for all revenue teams • Manage data flow, dashboard design, process enforcement, and tooling setup to ensure reporting accuracy • Oversee CRM configuration, integrity, and performance to support clean and actionable data • Enforce data standards, naming conventions, field validations, deduplication logic, and automation rules across CRM • Document and standardize key processes across all revenue divisions • Manage and optimize the entire revenue tech stack • Work with Marketing and Sales to manage lead databases and fuel campaigns with verified, segmented, and enriched contact data • Own CRM permissions, segmentation, team structures, and access controls across divisions and global regions • Track and reduce costs across the tech stack while ensuring tools are delivering ROI • Ensure all automations and integrations between tools are functioning properly
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Proficient experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales, with at least 1 year in a team lead or management role • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and outbound email tools (e.g., Instantly, Mailshake, Apollo) • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messaging strategies • Proven ability to coach team members and optimize outreach performance • Experience building outreach sequences and campaigns aligned to target personas and industries • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and accountability for results • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment • Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
