• Recogida de requisitos: Analizar las necesidades de negocio y definir funcionalidades relacionadas con Opera Cloud. • Gestión funcional: Traducir requerimientos en especificaciones claras para equipos técnicos (incluyendo integraciones con OHIP). • Seguimiento y testing: Supervisar el desarrollo, coordinar pruebas y asegurar la correcta implementación de las soluciones. • Documentación: Elaborar y mantener documentación funcional detallada de configuraciones y nuevas funcionalidades. • Implantación: Asegurar la correcta entrega de soluciones a equipos de producción y soporte. • Formación: Impartir sesiones formativas para facilitar la adopción de nuevas herramientas y funcionalidades dentro de la compañía.
• Experiencia previa como analista en entornos digitales. • Conocimiento del sector hotelero (muy valorable). • Dominio de PMS Opera v5 y, preferiblemente, Opera Cloud. • Experiencia en proyectos de digitalización del customer journey. • Capacidad para recoger y documentar requisitos funcionales. • Habilidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en documentación clara y estructurada. • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo con equipos de negocio y tecnología.
