📋 Description

• Derive and prioritize, based on data and direct community feedback, which problems to address next within the strategic framework • Translate user problems into feature concepts, including goals, functionality, scope, and UX/UI • Implement solutions technically and integrate them into the existing codebase • Use AI tools purposefully, and understand, assess, and further develop generated code • Ensure feature quality with automated and semi-automated testing tools • Seek expert support when needed • Release usable versions, monitor their impact, and further develop them technically and functionally • Coordinate with the team, executive management, and relevant stakeholders • Document decisions and lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience taking ownership of features across product management, design, software development, and QA • Practical experience in all four areas: product management, design, software development, and quality assurance • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language • Experience building and operating web applications and/or APIs • Daily use of AI-powered coding tools • Java, Spring Boot, Svelte, React, and TypeScript are a plus • Understanding of user problems and development of easy-to-use solutions • Support decisions with feedback and data • Ability to work independently • Proactively seek support when needed • Clearly communicate decisions and trade-offs to the team • German proficiency at least at C1 level • Good command of English
