• Full responsibility for revenue development and sustainable growth within the Atlanta, Georgia region • Development, management, and expansion of distributor and end customer relationships • Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities and regional market potential • Ongoing support and development of existing customer accounts • Planning and execution of product demonstrations and customer trainings across the full product portfolio • Structured management of leads, prospects, and sales activities • Regular reporting and close coordination with the National Sales Manager • Representation of Koch-Chemie USA at customer appointments and regional industry activities
• Previous sales experience in automotive, chemical, or Paint, Body & Equipment (PBE) environments • Experience in route sales or chemical distribution is an advantage • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style • High level of customer orientation combined with commercial awareness • Ability to manage a geographically large sales territory efficiently • Confidence in handling administrative and reporting tasks • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Willingness to travel extensively in your region
