📋 Description

• Shape and execute Kody's product vision in the payments space. • Manage multiple product streams related to payments, finance, and loyalty. • Work closely with engineering, customer success, and commercial teams to deliver customer value. • Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch. • Ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. • Own product details and maintain prioritization clarity. • Engage stakeholders effectively and focus on activities driving the highest commercial impact.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, with a strong background in payments, FinTech, or related financial services. • Proven capability to lead product streams end-to-end with ownership of product details and priorities. • Technical proficiency, ideally with experience coding or working closely with engineering teams. • Experience managing supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Excellent customer collaboration skills, with experience working closely with enterprise clients to understand their needs and translate these into product improvements. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align product efforts with commercial objectives. • Data-driven mindset, using analytics to guide product decisions and improve performance continuously. • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, complex environment and to make rapid, confident decisions independently.
