📋 Description

• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression test suites covering 30+ licensed WMS modules • Design and execute end-to-end warehouse workflow tests from receiving through shipping • Validate REST/OData APIs against generated controllers • Develop a thorough understanding of the product architecture and multi-tenant model within 6 months • Deliver against project velocity, quality, and accuracy metrics • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in testing • Design regression strategies for complex multi-module warehouse systems • Identify gaps and propose enhancements in test automation processes or architecture • Share ideas for process, workflow, and continuous improvement initiatives • Apply risk-based testing and prioritization to maximize coverage • Collaborate with developers, product managers, support, PSG, and other stakeholders • Produce test documentation, defect reports, and concise written communications • Document test plans, write precise reproduction steps, and perform root cause analysis • In the first year, create and maintain regression suites, surface test coverage gaps, propose solutions, and improve team processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software quality engineering or test automation • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field • 2+ years of experience in an Agile development environment • Proven ability to independently design test strategies and regression plans for complex multi-module systems • Experience mentoring or guiding more junior team members • Demonstrated ability to articulate technical problems, root causes, and corresponding solutions • Strong analytical and investigative skills for root cause analysis • English • Required: C# and .NET Framework 4.8 • Required: MSSQL • Required: REST/OData API testing • Required: Test management tools such as Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar • Required: Test plan creation • Required: End-to-end WMS workflow testing • Required: Multi-tenant application testing • Required: Azure DevOps and Git • Required: Risk-based testing and test prioritization • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management domains • Preferred: Experience testing multi-tenant enterprise applications with complex module interdependencies • Preferred: Warehouse Management System business processes • Preferred: Mobile/handheld RF device interface testing • Preferred: Automated API testing frameworks • Preferred: WCF service testing • Preferred: Load/performance testing • Preferred: Barcode/label printing workflow testing • Preferred: Database testing • Preferred: Modular licensing and feature toggling scenarios • Preferred: Testing generated code systems • Preferred: xbase++ or legacy script validation • Preferred: Warehouse automation interface testing • Preferred: Test data management strategies for multi-tenant environments • Preferred: CI/CD pipeline integration • Preferred: NHibernate ORM behavior and testing data access layer patterns • Preferred: SSRS report validation • Preferred: Voice picking and smart cart workflow testing • Preferred: Swagger/OpenAPI • Preferred: Use of AI prompts for test case generation and defect analysis
