📋 Description

• Leverage the potential of AI to drive Körber’s sustainability initiative • Help enhance and automate ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) reporting processes • Develop, program, test and implement AI-driven solutions • Automate data flows and reporting processes • Identify and integrate relevant ESG data sources • Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor ESG performance • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Körber

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science or Sustainability Management with a focus on or proven skills in Data Science, Computer Science • Experience with AI/ML technologies, ideally in a reporting or sustainability context • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g.,Power BI) • At least 2-3 years of professional experience • Helpful is a good to deep understanding and knowledge of ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy); familiarity with ESG ratings and rankings is a plus • Good communication skills and experience in stakeholder engagement • Excellent analytical skills, independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style • Fluent in English; German is a plus • Enthusiasm for sustainability
