📋 Description

• Responsible for the global HR systems landscape and further developing the strategy, architecture and roadmap • Provide functional leadership and development for a small team as well as cross-functional process and system experts • Drive global implementations and rollouts of SAP SuccessFactors to standardize HR processes • Manage and optimize the global ServiceNow HR platform to ensure consistent processes • Establish and maintain a comprehensive global HR system governance framework and ensure compliance with data protection standards • Advise stakeholders and prioritize and implement system and process improvements • Manage global vendor selection processes and lead contract negotiations • Support decision-making and resolve complex cross-functional challenges • Lead change management and communication initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of HR system transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written) are mandatory • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience managing and developing global HR processes and/or IT functions, as well as leading complex transformation programs • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and modern HR technologies and service-management platforms, e.g., ServiceNow HR • Proven track record of implementing international, cross-functional process and project initiatives • Demonstrated leadership skills with strong stakeholder and relationship management capabilities • Confident, communicative, and results-oriented, with extensive experience working in matrix organizations
