• You are responsible for remote support for our software products • In this role you provide support via remote access for our warehouse management systems and our software used to control logistics processes at customers worldwide • As the technical point of contact, you receive error reports from end customers and independently perform fault analysis/diagnosis and troubleshooting using our remote maintenance software • Documenting service cases in our ticketing system and maintaining a knowledge base are also part of your responsibilities
• You have vocational training as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science, or comparable qualifications • You have solid knowledge of Windows operating systems (servers and clients) as well as IT hardware and software; initial experience with Linux is desirable • You have knowledge of SQL • Ideally, you have already worked with relational databases (e.g., Oracle) • You have good English and very good German skills, both spoken and written • You are a team player, a strong communicator and service-oriented • A strong service mentality and willingness to learn, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, distinguish you • You are willing to work in a shift system and appreciate a varied work schedule
