• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for global customers, adapting flexibly to their evolving needs across various module(s). • Conduct detailed working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements. • Lead medium to high-complexity projects through the full lifecycle, managing scope, quality, and timelines. • Drive high client satisfaction by building strong relationships and consistently delivering impeccable service. • Act as a mentor, coach, and reviewer for less experienced team members. • Perform root cause analysis on client issues and implement effective, well-researched corrective measures.
• 4+ years leading Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post-Production/AMS Services, or as a sophisticated Workday client. • Deep knowledge of Workday Payroll in any SKUs. • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and proven ability to influence stakeholders, guiding internal and client discussions toward timely solution agreement. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to frequent change. • Willingness to meet minimal travel requirements ( <5% annually).
