📋 Description

• manage company finances and pay employees in a timely manner • ensure precision, adherence, and efficiency in payroll processing • data entry, auditing, reporting, and tax filing as part of the payroll lifecycle • collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure compliance with pay and hour regulations • maintain accurate payroll and financial records, providing monthly and annual reports • act as the main payroll contact for employee concerns and handle payroll system modifications

🎯 Requirements

• bachelor's degree required, ideally in accounting, business, finance, or a similar discipline • minimum of five years experience in payroll, with at least two years in a leadership role • proficiency with ADP payroll, Paylocity, QuickBooks, and timekeeping systems • understanding of California's labor laws regarding payroll taxes, wages, and hours • strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail
