📋 Description

• Design, build and ship full-stack features in Python and TypeScript. • Design and evolve systems with a strong focus on architecture, boundaries and long-term maintainability. • Own problem spaces end-to-end, including shaping ambiguous requirements and guiding execution toward robust solutions. • Continuously improve the codebase by simplifying solutions and reducing technical complexity. • Guide and review implementation, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment with system design.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong coding ability in JavaScript or TypeScript and at least one backend language. • Proven experience building and shipping features in a fast-moving product environment. • Experience owning features end-to-end, including shaping requirements and making technical decisions. • Strong understanding of system design, with attention to architecture, abstraction and long-term maintainability. • Experience using AI-assisted development tools, or a strong interest in adopting them.
