📋 Description
• Own the company-level strategy for member engagement • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers • Be the single point of accountability for product vertical's performance • Execute through your team, guiding them to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle • Serve as a key member of the product leadership team, collaborating with cross-functional teams
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience in product management, including several years directly managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers • Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills • Proven experience developing talent and leading high-performing teams • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, data, and marketing counterparts • (Optional but helpful): Experience in fintech, subscription models, or payment systems is a major plus.
