• Prospectar ativamente novos clientes por diversos canais (telefone, e-mail, LinkedIn etc.); • Qualificar leads e entender o fit com o nosso serviço; • Agendar reuniões estratégicas com os Executivos de Vendas (Closer); • Realizar follow-up com leads em diferentes etapas do funil; • Atualizar e organizar o CRM com informações relevantes; • Acompanhar métricas e sugerir melhorias no processo de prospecção.
• Experiência anterior como BDR, em vendas ou atendimento ao cliente; • Boa capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita; • Perfil comunicativo, persuasivo e com habilidade para construir relacionamentos; • Resiliência para lidar com metas e rotina comercial intensa; • Desejável: Experiência em agências de marketing, publicidade ou comunicação será um diferencial; • Familiaridade com ferramentas como CRM (HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive); • Conhecimento em vendas B2B, Inside Sales e técnicas como SPIN Selling e BANT; • Conforto com planilhas (Google Sheets, Excel); • Experiência com ferramentas como LinkedIn Sales Navigator e automações de prospecção.
