📋 Description

• Develop and enhance microservices, independently handling complex tasks across both technical and business domains. • Resolve production issues independently, seeking support only in urgent or highly complex cases. • Create metrics, alerts, and other tools to ensure the reliability and smooth operation of services. • Work closely with the business team, challenging priorities and proposing alternatives based on domain and application knowledge. • Identify dependencies and impacts on other teams and coordinate with them to build solutions collaboratively. • Help identify and build the technical backlog. • Serve as a reference for code quality, closely monitoring the impact of AI use on project maintenance. • During code reviews, focus on tests, scenarios, and coverage while providing constructive feedback to colleagues. • Mentor less experienced team members on best practices and on which sensitive data or proprietary code must not be shared with AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in software development. • Strong experience in backend development with Java and Spring. • Experience designing APIs and developing solutions that impact multiple teams. • Experience supporting production systems and using monitoring tools, including log analysis and error correlation—Datadog, New Relic, or similar tools. • Track record of delivering code with strong performance, scalability, and few production failures. • Ability to independently take ownership of loosely defined tasks, plan your own work, and anticipate risks. • Clear communication in technical discussions and with business teams, with a constructive approach to differing opinions. • Daily use of Generative AI in development, applying prompt engineering best practices and critically reviewing generated code.
