⢠Responsibility for pre-sales and active sales of telephony solutions in the area of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) as well as Mitel/Unify. ⢠Support for customer projects in system business. ⢠Active product sales and pre-sales for enterprise solutions. ⢠Business development with the focus vendors. ⢠Competent point of contact for system integrators and channel partners. ⢠Management of project inquiries in the area of PBX systems. ⢠Monitoring of key accounts and deriving appropriate measures. ⢠Close collaboration with the sales team and internal sales departments. ⢠Continuous expansion of product knowledge.
⢠Several years of professional experience in pre-sales, solution engineering or technical sales in the ICT sector, ideally in the large-enterprise environment. ⢠Solid solution and product knowledge in the UCC area, particularly for solutions from Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and Mitel/Unify. ⢠Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into suitable solutions. ⢠Strong communication skills (in German and English). ⢠Interest in new technologies in the telephony/PBX area and willingness to regularly acquire new product knowledge. ⢠Structured, reliable and independent way of working.
