📋 Description

• Provide remote technical support to maintenance technicians, helping identify root causes and corrective actions for equipment issues. • Assist with spare parts identification and technical recommendations. • Support KONE's connected services and analytics by evaluating non-standard service needs. • Collaborate with support teams to configure and troubleshoot KRM devices and connections. • Escalate complex cases to subject matter experts when required. • Develop knowledge base articles and technical documentation that support continuous learning. • Contribute to equipment reliability, safety and performance improvement initiatives. • Prepare quality reports, identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with elevators, escalators, building systems, industrial equipment or similar technical environments. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting capability. • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills. • Flexibility and willingness to travel when required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and quality focus.
