📋 Description

• Lead and scale agile project management practices to drive successful and timely delivery of strategic initiatives. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve processes, communication, and project outcomes. • Develop and implement project strategies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance efficiency, transparency, and innovation. • Ensure project scope is clearly defined and managed, proactively identifying and controlling scope creep. • Define project roadmaps, set priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure deadlines, operational goals, and business requirements are met through effective planning and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing quantitative research projects (preferred) • Excellent English proficiency, with strong communication and writing skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Familiarity with quantitative research methodologies and tools (a plus) • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience working in agile project environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks in a dynamic setting • A bachelor’s degree required, bonus points for public health, social sciences, marketing, business • Experience working with vendors and external partners preferred • Comfort operating in ambiguity, asking sharp questions early, and adapting quickly as priorities evolve.
