📋 Description

• Engineering lead of Agile team(s) working with multiple Kontoor brands and regions • Oversee development including mentoring and coaching developers • Establish and maintain engineering guidelines including test driven development • Development of complex projects and key components/frameworks • Drive technical process improvements (Dev Ops) to Kontoor’s site release strategy • Manage technical debt and complexity reduction • Ensure engineering solution design and development are flexible, maintainable, secure, accessible, performant, and enable sharing across brands/regions

🎯 Requirements

• strong expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) • hands-on experience with eCommerce / web development technologies and frameworks including Salesforce Apex, JavaScript, Java, J2EE, HTML, ISML, Node.js, XML, JSON, AJAX, jQuery, Web analytics, CSS, web services (SOAP/REST), YAML, Bootstrap • Experienced with Azure Dev Ops and Continuous Integration / Continuous Development principles • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework or large scale program management • Experience and working knowledge of secure and accessibility friendly development practices • Experience with JIRA/Confluence and Agile development practices • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems (or equivalent work experience) • Salesforce Commerce/Marketing/Service Cloud Certification
