📋 Description

• You build and maintain our CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments and infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code, e.g., Terraform, Ansible). • You operate and monitor our production systems and ensure observability — you notice when something is off before it becomes a problem. • You work closely with development teams to make release processes faster and more reliable. • You contribute to incident response and ensure that our security and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, BSI C5, GDPR) are embedded in everyday operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of professional experience • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation of systems and processes (e.g., Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience with CI/CD pipelines as well as monitoring & observability • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or TypeScript • Experience in dynamic working environments, preferably in a startup or scale-up • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
