• Customer support in the back office for contract-related matters • Preparation and follow-up of appointments for the field sales team • Close collaboration with the field sales team • Commission accounting and reconciliation

• Completed vocational training in the insurance sector or an equivalent qualification • Strong commitment, confident negotiation skills and a positive demeanor • Enthusiasm and drive to take on new responsibilities • Customer-focused mindset and approach • Proficient in MS Office applications
