📋 Description

• **Key Responsibility** • **Leading UX Strategy & Project Outcomes** • - Own and lead UX projects, ensuring the team delivers impactful solutions aligned with business and user goals. • - Define UX strategy and execution plans, guiding the team on approach, workflows, and best practices. • - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to align UX efforts with product objectives. • - Play an active role in shaping the UX of AI-powered product features, internally as well as externally (client facing activities). • - Balance mentorship and execution, reviewing and elevating team deliverables while owning key UX outputs • - Ensure UX design improves product adoption, efficiency, and user satisfaction, with a focus on measurable business impact. • - Communicate and present design strategies and solutions effectively to both clients and internal teams. • **Strengthening UX Processes & Team Growth** • - Coach and mentor designers, ensuring growth in their skills and strategic thinking. • - Enhance UX workflows, design reviews, and quality control processes to improve efficiency and output. • - Promote responsible exploration and integration of AI into design workflows across the team. • - Support hiring and onboarding of new designers. • - Contribute to presales efforts, helping shape UX proposals and strategy discussions with potential clients.

🎯 Requirements

• **Qualifications****Experience** • - 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in leading and managing UX teams, preferably within an agency or service-based business. • - A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including projects where you have led teams or managed client accounts. • - Must have experience in B2B products and enterprise applications. Experience in the HealthTech industry is a plus. • - Exposure to AI in a product or UX context—whether through tool usage, feature design, or hands-on collaboration on AI-powered products—is highly preferred. • **Skills** • - **Leadership & Team Growth** – Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate design teams to deliver their best work. • - **Client & Stakeholder Management** – Experienced in managing client expectations, aligning UX solutions with business goals, and influencing product direction. • - **AI Readiness & Curiosity** – A demonstrated interest or early experience in designing AI-powered features or leveraging AI tools in UX work. • - **Project Execution & Process Management** – Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across UX, development, and product teams. • - **UX Expertise & Technical Knowledge** – Proficient in UX methodologies, research, prototyping, and usability testing, with a solid understanding of product development. • - **Effective Communication** – Strong ability to present, advocate, and articulate UX value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
