📋 Description

• Monitor KPIs, operational data, and opportunities for optimization. • Conduct data analyses to support planning and decision-making. • Develop, automate, and maintain reports, dashboards, databases, queries, and analytical routines. • Consolidate and update information used in performance review forums and follow-up meetings. • Monitor performance indicators, performing planned vs. actual analyses and identifying variances, root causes, and improvement opportunities. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to productivity gains, operational efficiency, and process evolution. • Work collaboratively with different areas of the company, connecting data, processes, and execution to ensure greater operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields. • Prior experience in planning with a strong focus on data analysis. • Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and SQL. • Knowledge of Python for automating routines. • Experience building dashboards. • Analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying bottlenecks, and supporting decision-making. • Good communication skills and the ability to interact with different teams and organizational levels. • Organized, proactive, results-oriented profile with a focus on continuous improvement. • Experience in maintenance operations, fleet management, logistics, or high-complexity production environments (differential). • Familiarity with generative AI tools and large language models (LLMs) applied to productivity and automation of analytical routines (differential).
