📋 Description

• Conduct regular live sessions for small and large groups across Programmatic Advertising, including fundamentals, campaign planning, audience strategy, media buying, optimization, measurement, and reporting • Create simplified frameworks, examples, and learning material based on hands-on experience and current industry practices • Experiment with new platforms, tools, and approaches to keep training current • Review student projects and assignments • Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide actionable feedback • Bring examples and perspectives from real campaigns across categories, objectives, audiences, and media strategies • Help improve how Programmatic Advertising is taught and practiced • Mentor students and prepare them for real-world marketing roles

🎯 Requirements

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Programmatic Advertising • Strong hands-on experience with DV360 • Experience planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on Programmatic campaigns • Strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation • Strong understanding of Open Auction • Strong understanding of Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed • Strong understanding of frequency management • Strong understanding of brand safety and suitability • Strong understanding of viewability • Strong understanding of measurement and attribution • Experience across multiple brands, categories, or campaign objectives is a good-to-have • Familiarity with The Trade Desk and/or Amazon DSP is a good-to-have • Understanding of CM360 and campaign measurement is a good-to-have • Experience with retail media, CTV, or emerging Programmatic formats is a good-to-have • Experience teaching, training, or mentoring teams is a good-to-have
