📋 Description

• Design and build the technical layer of Kraken's internal AI platform, from integration surface to production runbook • Identify capability gaps and close them by evaluating vendors or building internally • Own the governed integration gateway, including connector onboarding, authentication flows, reliability, and vendor escalation • Build internal tooling such as agent scaffolding, reusable skills and prompt assets, evaluation harnesses, provisioning automation, and system-of-record integrations • Configure and operate tiered spend controls, including caps, alerting, exception queues, monthly reconciliation, and removal of single-author risk • Implement technical controls for data handling, retention, model eligibility, identity integration, SSO, SCIM, role/tier entitlements, and workspace configuration • Work directly with teams to understand workflows and build or configure enabling solutions • Run technical enablement through tool-rollout deep dives, model-release office hours, and knowledge-base ownership • Administer the enterprise AI estate end to end, including model turn-ups, feature enablement, deprecation, provisioning, vendor configurations, and seat true-ups

🎯 Requirements

• Enterprise SaaS administration at 1,000+ seats, ideally including an AI or LLM platform • Demonstrated ability to build and ship working software; Python or a comparable language • Version control, CI, containers, and secrets management • Experience integrating against LLM and SaaS APIs • Working familiarity with agent and tool use patterns, including MCP or equivalent tool calling architectures • Working knowledge of Okta or an equivalent IdP, OAuth, SCIM, SSO, and federated machine identity • Operational discipline with intake queues, SLAs, runbooks, escalation hygiene, and documentation • Ability to explain technical capabilities to compliance, traders, and backend engineers • Clear written communication for technical documentation, runbooks, and policy pages • Judgment about what to build versus capabilities that are unnecessary • Nice to have: internal developer or AI platform experience, FinOps or software asset management, low-code or workflow automation, Atlassian administration, and regulated-industry audit/evidence work • Applicants may redact age, date of birth, or educational attendance/graduation dates from resumes • Must complete job-related skills or work-style assessments if requested • Work location must be selected from an eligible country; sponsorship may be required or not required
