📋 Description

• Drive CRM and GTM systems infrastructure • Lead day-to-day optimization of institutional GTM workflows • Manage sales reporting, analytics, and planning execution • Support sales enablement and pipeline operations • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, BizOps, Finance, and Product

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) • Proven ability to analyze sales data, build dashboards (e.g., in AWS QuickSight or Excel) • Proven track record of streamlining sales workflows • Effective people leadership with experience managing analysts • Passion about the cryptocurrency world and a learning attitude about new crypto-industry trends
