📋 Description

• Provide accurate, consecutive English-Spanish interpretation primarily in medical settings • Facilitate crucial communication in social services and financial contexts • Initially focus on Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) • Progress into Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) based on performance • Join and contribute to Kreato Global’s remote Latin America interpretation team

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year minimum of professional experience in remote medical interpretation • Minimum C1 English fluency • Valid English certifications accepted from EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE • Proof of medical interpreter knowledge issued within the last 12 months • Accepted medical interpretation certifications include ALTA Spanish fluency with a minimum score of 9 • LanguageStat (PICSI) passing score of 75–80% • Complete mastery of medical and customer service terminology • Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications • Willingness to successfully complete a standard background check via email • Mandatory hardwired Ethernet connection directly to the router; Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited • High-quality, noise-canceling USB headset • Minimum Windows 10 OS and 4GB RAM • Latest version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge • Dedicated, quiet, and fully HIPAA-compliant working environment
