📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for multilingual professionals. • Source native-speaking candidates across Asia and other international markets. • Conduct structured interviews in English. • Screen language professionals for communication skills, professionalism, and technical readiness. • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines. • Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. • Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment metrics. • Recommend and implement innovative sourcing strategies. • Build relationships with universities, professional associations, and language communities throughout Asia. • Support employer branding initiatives. • Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international recruitment. • Demonstrated success recruiting candidates throughout Asia. • Candidates must demonstrate an existing recruitment network or proven sourcing experience within one or more Asian markets, such as Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand or South Korea. • Experience sourcing multilingual professionals for remote positions. • Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is required. • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms. • Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment. • Preferred Spanish language skills (nice to have, but not required). • Experience hiring interpreters or multilingual professionals. • Previous recruitment experience within the Language Services, Interpretation, Translation, BPO, Contact Center, or Customer Support industries. • Familiarity with recruiting tools, platforms, and sourcing strategies commonly used throughout Asia.
