📋 Description

• Project management of demanding construction projects • Depending on personal focus: deployment in building construction, civil engineering, transportation facilities or energy infrastructure • Independent management and control of our projects in accordance with AHO Heft 9 and 19 across all project stages and areas of responsibility • Leading project teams • Ensuring the quality of the deliverables produced by project participants • Supporting the acquisition of new projects • Identifying additional scope and contributing to the preparation and enforcement of claims for additional compensation/variation orders

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification • 5 years of professional experience in project management of construction projects • Good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV • Quick grasp, analytical thinking and a structured way of working • Confident, assertive and composed demeanor • Strong communication skills and good command of German • Interest in helping to build a project management team • High motivation for professional and personal development
